French 75

Ingredients

  • 2oz Gray’s Peak Gin
  • 3/4oz simple syrup
  • 3/4oz lemon juice
  • Montelliana Prosecco

Combine gin, juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with plenty of ice.  Shake and strain into a champagne flute or wine glass.  Top with 3-5 ounces of prosecco.
