Alfonso XIII Highball

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz of Dubonnet Rouge
  • 1 ½ oz of fino or dry sherry
    • Optional: For a stiffer drink, cut the sherry in half and replace with gin
      • ¾ oz of gin
      • ¾ oz of fino or dry sherry
    • 3 oz of soda water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass over ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with a lemon twist.
