The Finnish Long Drink
February 3, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
It’s origins date back to the Summer Olympic games held in Helsinki, Finland in 1952. Bartenders had to come up with a quick drink to keep up with the demand from all the visitors to the games. They created the “Long Drink” which is a tall glass with a large volume of mixer, with some type of alcohol; in this case grapefruit juice and gin.
