Cranberry Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 oz Cranberry Juice (sweetened)
1 Wedge Lime
Natale Verga Prosecco
Cranberries (frozen)
Directions:
In a chilled Champagne flute add cranberry juice and a squeeze of lime. Top off the glass with Prosecco. Garnish with 3 or 4 cranberries.

Hoppin Hop Scotch

Ingredients:
2 oz Dekuyper Butterscotch Schapps
8-10 oz Hot Chocolate
Optional:
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings
½ oz Lozano Amaretto
Directions:
In an Irish coffee mug, add schnapps followed by hot chocolate. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream. Top off with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.

Snickertini


Ingredients:
1½ oz Caramel Vodka
½ oz Michael's Irish Cream
½ oz Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz Lozano Amaretto
Splash Cream
Directions:
Drizzle a thin line of both caramel and chocolate sauce on the inside of a rocks glass and place it in the freezer to chill. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the caramel vodka, Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, amaretto, and cream. Shake Well. Pour the entire contents of the shaker (including the ice) into the prepared glass. Drizzle with more chocolate or caramel sauce, if desired, and add a straw.

Lemon Cake Cocktail

Ingredients:
3 oz Consuega Horchata
1 oz Buccia di Limone
Directions:
In a shaker filled with ice, pour in Consuega Horchata and Buccia di Limone. Shake well. Strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice.
